STAGE MY HOME?

We will stage your home to appeal to the demographic buyers in your area. We will take in consideration the area you live in, and the style of your home.

MY FAMILY WOULD BE LIVING IN OUR HOME UNTIL IT SELLS. HOW WILL THIS AFFECT OUR EVERYDAY LIVING?

Our goal at Alcova Home  is to make this transition as easy as possible for you and your family. When we stage an occupied home we work hard to not interrupt the kids routine and familiar surroundings. We recommend that kids’ bedrooms not be staged, small changes if needed can be done, like decluttering for example.

WHY SHOULD I HIRE A PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZER?

Hiring a professional organizer is a worthwhile investment in your home and yourself.  We work with you to create systems of organization that save you time, money, resources, and frustration.

  • Schedule a consultation so can talk over your needs and goals for the space

  • Create a plan 

  • On site decluttering and organization 

  • Removal of unwanted items

  • Organization systems and product recommendations 

  • End of project meeting to discuss organization maintenance and next steps
